Great care is taken into packaging your order, so it has a safe journey to you.

Government lockdowns may impact delivery time

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout

If your order is urgent, please get in touch via email collectiveofferings@outlook.com and we will try our best to prioritise your order

 

Domestic shipping Policy:

Collective offerings have a packaging time of 3- 5 working days (this does not include weekends) this time frame does not include the time it may take you to get your order once it has been picked up by our courier.

We use NZ POST- your tracking number will be emailed to you, if you don’t receive it within the 1st 12 hours please get in touch and we will send you the link. If you are a rural address, please use the rural postage option. All orders are tracked

We do not ship to PO boxes, please provide a street address.

International shipping policy:

Collective Offerings will only be sending all merch internationally we will not be sending any essential oils blends or cosmetics internationally only to Australia

       REFUNDS & RETURNS POLICY

 

If you decide the item, you have purchased isn’t for you within 5 days of receiving item we can arrange to offer you a in store credit. Please note this applies to all shipped and unshipped orders.

If you would like to return a product, please note delivery costs are at your own expense, to be eligible for an exchange, refund, store credit your item it must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. you will need to get in contact with collective offerings prior to returning items.

Refunds will not be made when purchasing any essential oil blends as once opened it is not able to be resold. If you are unhappy with what you have received, please email collectiveofferings@outlook.com and we will see what we can do

Please note all our merch is created from home and not commercially

Damages:

Collective Offerings is not liable for any products damaged or loss during shipping. If you receive an order damaged, please contact the shipping carrier to file claim. Please document the packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim & cc collective offerings if emailing the shipping company so we can be of support.
